We aim to represent all our products accurately through photos and descriptions. However, slight variations in color, texture, or print may occur due to photography, lighting, or individual screen settings.

These minor differences are natural and part of each product’s individuality.

3. Orders & Customization

After placing an order, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation.

Customized or made-to-order items are produced specifically for you. Please double-check all customization details (such as size, text, or color) before confirming your order, as such items cannot be changed once production begins.

Processing times may vary based on order type, and you will be kept informed throughout the process.

4. Pricing & Availability

We take every effort to display accurate pricing and stock information.

In the rare case of a pricing or availability error, Harf reserves the right to correct the issue. We will contact you before proceeding with any adjustment or cancellation.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners, including PayFast and other supported methods.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and belong to you or are used with permission.

6. Returns & Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Our team will guide you through the replacement or return process promptly and courteously.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

All designs, images, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Harf.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
