• Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your city and order type.

• Customized or pre-order pieces may take slightly longer due to their handcrafted and made-to-order nature.

• You’ll receive updates along the way, and our team will keep you informed until your parcel arrives.

2. Shipping Charges

• A flat delivery fee of ₨250 applies to all orders across Pakistan, regardless of location.

• This charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

• Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered — these will be clearly mentioned on our website or social media.

3. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

• You can use this tracking ID to monitor your parcel’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

4. Delays & External Factors

We always aim for timely delivery; however, unforeseen delays (such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier network issues) may occasionally affect timelines.

If that happens, rest assured — our support team will keep you updated and assist until your order is successfully delivered.

5. International Shipping (Coming Soon)

At the moment, Harf delivers only within Pakistan. We’re working towards expanding our reach to international customers soon — stay tuned for updates on our global shipping options.
